Lze překonat kožní bariéru?

V článku je vysvětlena podstata bariérových vlastností kůže a možnosti jejího překonání. Jako nejvýhodnější možnost se v posledních letech jeví použití akcelerantů transdermální penetrace (permeace). Mechanizmus působení těchto nových látek spočívá v jejich interakci s lipidy intercelulárního prostoru stratum corneum.
