Otoky dolních končetin

Článek podává přehled otoků dolních končetin a jejich příčin. Zdůrazňuje, že otok je pouze příznakem, nikoliv onemocněním. Mezi nejčastější řadí statické, žilní a lymfatické otoky. Zaměřuje se na nefarmakologické principy prevence a léčby otoků, které spočívají v dietních a režimových opatřeních, redukci tělesné hmotnosti a nošení kompresivních punčoch.
