Použití dispergační látky při zapracování dehtu do topických hydrofobních a hydrofilních přípravků

Dehty a z nich připravené dehtové sloučeniny se využívají při léčbě různých kožních onemocnění již mnohá desetiletí, a to zejména pro své protizánětlivé, mírné antiseptické a protisvědivé vlastnosti. Přes řadu nežádoucích účinků a možnosti použití nových léčiv zůstávají dehty stále součástí dermatologických léčebných postupů a jsou obsaženy v hromadně vyráběných i individuálně připravovaných lécích. Zapracování dehtů do topických polotuhých a kapalných přípravků nevede vždy k vytvoření homogenního, stabilního přípravku. Proto jsme se v naší práci zaměřili na zapracování dehtu v běžné 1% koncentraci pomocí vhodné dispergační přísady do hydrofobních a hydrofilních základů.
