PRAKTICKÉ LÉKÁRENSTVÍ stejných preparátů, ale dokonce i takřka dvojnásobně nižším rizikem úmrtí během sledování. Fixní kombinace mají samozřejmě i své určité nevýhody (asi nejvážnější je, že v případě non-adherence pacient náhle neužívá více preparátů najednou), ale jak se tedy zdá, pozitiva oproti volným kombinacím objektivně převažují. Závěrem je tedy možno konstatovat, že non-adherence k předepsané léčbě představuje u pacientů v sekundární prevenci poměrně zásadní me- dicínský problém, v nezanedbatelnémíře spojeným i s rizikempředčasného úmrtí či nefatální recidivy kardiovaskulární příhody. Zkušenosti a i objektivní důkazy ale prokazují, že ani tato výzva není v klinické praxi nepřekonatelná. LITERATURA 1.
