Částicové lékové formy

Mnoho sofistikovaných lékových forem vyvinut ých v 70. a 80. letech minulého století se stalo součástí praktické farmakoterapie. Další pokrok v chemii, molekulární biologii, lékařských a dalších vědách je stimulem intenzivního rozvoje farmaceutické technologie. Pozornost se věnuje zejména částicovým lékovým formám a makromolekulárním léčivům – léčivům navázaným na specifické polymerní nosiče. Publikovaný článek informuje o současném i budoucím využití mikročástic, lipozomů a nanočástic.
