Polypragmazie a lékové interakce v ambulantní praxi

Článek prezentuje vybrané výsledky studie zaměřené na detailní analýzu preskripce u skupiny pacientů užívajících současně 5 a více léčiv. Cílem bylo ověření možností lékárníka v identifikaci rizik polypragmazie a lékových interakcí se spektrem informačních zdrojů běžně dostupných v lékárně základního typu. Zejména se jednalo o zjištění výskytu potenciálních lékových interakcí v rámci celého souboru i v rámci jednotlivých skupin pacientů podle počtu medikací, diferenciaci potenciálních lékových interakcí podle relativní míry závažnosti a dále o vytipování nejrizikovějších kombinací léčiv ve sledovaném souboru. Z důvodu komplexnějšího pohledu na terapii polymorbidních pacientů bylo také sestaveno pořadí deseti nejčastěji předepisovaných léčiv ve sledovaném souboru.
