Problematika potenciálních lékových interakcí v kardiologii očima farmaceuta při výdeji léčiv

Kardiovaskulární choroby svou incidencí, závažností orgánových postižení a důsledky pro zdravotní stav obyvatelstva představují jeden z nejvíce diskutovaných problémů naší populace. Naneštěstí pouze výjimečně postačuje k terapeutickému efektu jedno konkrétní léčivo, mnohem častěji je jich třeba dvou a více. S rostoucím počtem užívaných léčiv potom stoupá incidence lékových interakcí, které jsou spolu s nežádoucími účinky léčiv dosud podceňovaným zdrojem nemocnosti populace.
