Pracovní náplň oddělení přípravy sterilních léčiv nemocniční lékárny VFN Praha

Oddělení přípravy sterilních léčiv připravuje preparáty, kde je požadována sterilita nebo i apyrogenita. Kromě běžné produkce očních kapek, sterilních roztoků a sterilního krycího materiálu je těžištěm naší práce příprava parenterální výživy pro dospělé (včetně domácí parenterální výživy), děti, nedonošence – včetně extrémně nezralých novorozenců s porodní hmotností pod 1000 g. Centrální příprava parenterální výživy přináší řadu výhod jako je snížení komplikací (katetrové sepse) a práce s individuálním profilem pacienta. Díky domácí parenterální výživě může řada pacientů vést plnohodnotný život mimo naše lůžkové zařízení. Připravujeme také specifické injekční a infuzní léčivé přípravky a jsme schopni zajistit včasnou přípravu některých antidot.
