Záněty ženských pohlavních orgánů

Vulvovaginitis je zánět zevních ženských pohlavních orgánů. Podle etiologie se může jednat o colpitis bacterialis, trichomoniasis, colpitis mycotica, vaginosis bacterialis a atrofickou vaginitis. Všechny mají podobné projevy, jedná se o fluor, pruritus, pálení zevních pohlavních orgánů a dyspareunii. K jejich diagnostice využíváme mikroskopické a kultivační vyšetření. Dle výsledku těchto vyšetření nasazujeme adekvátní terapii, která může být lokální, celková nebo kombinovaná.
