Iodinated povidone in extemporaneous preparation

This article deals with iodinated povidone, a new pharmaceutical substance for extemporaneous preparation. It used to be available

only as registred commercial drugs, but now it is also accessible as a substance. The paper presents examples of formulas used in ophthalmology

and podiatry.
